Plushbell™ is a soft plush product inspired by the appearance of a kettlebell. It is intended for cuddling, decoration and gifting and is not exercise equipment.
Any weight marking, including the "5KG" design shown on the product, is decorative and does not represent the actual weight of the product.
We do not guarantee that colors or appearance will be identical to how they appear on your screen.
All descriptions, specifications, products and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
Plushbell reserves the right to accept or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, payment issues or inaccurate customer information.
Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm your order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.
If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, phone number, billing information or other contact details provided at checkout.
Purchases made through plushbell.store are covered by our 90-Day Guarantee, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
Unless the product arrives damaged, defective, materially different from what was ordered, or the incorrect item is delivered, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated shipping time is generally 4–8 business days after processing.
Business days do not include weekends or applicable public holidays.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to circumstances including shipping carrier delays, customs processing, high seasonal order volumes, weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, local postal service disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply where permitted by law.
